I couldn't be happier with the purchase
After my wife and I moved into our home
the basement was unfinished. I decided to finish off the basement as a
office and family room. After completion we talked about adding a
toilet to prevent everyone from going up and down the stairs. The only
thing that we could find were the step up resevoir type of up flush
systems in the stores near us. 
My father clued me in on the SANIFLO
system that he had seen in the back of a Popular Mechanics magazine and
my family and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Not only do we
have a toilet but a full bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. And
to top it off – behind the toilet wall is the laundry room which allowed
me to install a utility sink over the SANIFLO system. It took a lot of
thinking to get the setup just right but after it was all said and done

I didn't want the hassle of tearing up the floor ...
When I finished my basement a couple of years ago, I didn't want to go through the hassle of tearing up the floor for a bathroom. A couple of months ago I discovered the Saniflo Sanibest system and now I have a great new half bath (60" x 56") in what was once part of a storage room. 
The Sanibest part of the installation only took about a day to complete. The whole bath cost about $1,750 and probably will add at least $5,000 to the value of my house. I want to thank your Technical Support guys, they were very helpful with a couple of questions that I called in with.

I found Saniflo online ... so excited, I called my wife to see the website
My wife and I purchased our home when we got married and loved everything about it except one thing, only one bathroom. I was upset when I found out that the soil pipe was about 20+ inches off the ground. We were recently thinking of selling the house just for this reason. So I did some research on-line and found SaniFlo, I was so excited I called my wife downstairs to the see the web-site I had pulled up. 
Needless to say we just finished installing our upflush toilet this past weekend and we absolutely love it! We were able to install the unit ourselves, the instructions and help sections of the web-site were great! We no longer have to consider selling our home thanks to SaniFlo! Saved the expense of digging a new sewer
I
have very successfully installed Saniflo toilets in three different
applications. The most interesting was in a small building in the
back of a residential house. The building was only 10 years old but
the only plumbing was a cold water supply and a 1-1l2 waste line.
We were able to convert the building to a two-bedroom house with
a three-quarter bath. This saved all the expense of digging a new sewer line and re-plumbing the house.

Thank you for creating a truly wonderful product
We purchased the SaniPlus early in our basement bathroom construction process to allow our plumber time to study the installation requirements. Once he was comfortable with it he connected the toilet, a sink, a shower/tub and a wetbar. I don't like to look at pipes so we built the pump into the wall and made a removable cover for easy access. As soon as it was operational we gutted our main bathroom. 
Our friends thought that we were insane to rely solely on this "unheard of product" but we were confident. We have now been using the SaniPlus system as our only bathroom for nearly nine months and have not had a single problem. No one that sees it even know that there is a pump c onnected until we tell them. At least 5 of our friends have borrowed the literature that came with the SaniPlus and are planning to install it and our plumber is thrilled that he can now install a bathroom in a basement without hiring the additional laborer he used to require for installing an old fashioned pump under the floor. Very pleased with the Saniplus
I have had a contractor install a 1/2 bath in my basement. Space was very limited (46 1/2" x 56") so we decided to install a SaniPlus toilet and a pedestal sink. The primary reason we used a SaniPlus toilet assembly was because of the pump up drain feature and smaller required installation space. This allowed the toilet to be installed without breaking into the main 4" house drain which entered the concrete floor in the basement.Here are some photos of my just recently completed ½ bath installation which includes a SANIFLO Saniplus toilet. We are very pleased with the bathroom installation and the operation of the SanPlus toilet assembly.

My elderly mother came to live with me almost 2 years ago. I converted a large room into an apartment for her. It was pre-plumbed for a sink. I could not give her the run of the house, she would be a danger to herself and the house so it was best she stayed in her apartment (when alone) which has a separate entrance and golf course view. She calls it her "Little Home on the Prarie."
For 4 months I cleaned and emptied a portapotty two or three times daily. I then invested in SaniPlus for it was the only device I found that could be adapted to her apartment's plumbing without great expense. The pot arrived broken but was instantly replaced without hassle. Installation was reasonable for myself who is not a plumber. The hardest part was selecting the right PVC couplings for plumbing beyond the SaniFlo solution.

Our Customers Tell Us . . .
Our Saniplus was installed in our unfinished basement as part of our remodel. Because we needed an upflush toilet, Saniflo was chosen for the ease of installation. During the remodel we moved the bathroom partitions a number of times to accomodate other requirements. This would not have been possible with the typical sump pump type installation. The added benefit was not having to deal with the mess of jack hammering the floor etc. With the help of a plumber friend, we completed the rough-in one weekend, drywalled and finished the walls, layed the imported tile floor during the week and finished the Saniflo hook up the following week. The design allowed us to use the extension pipe and have the macerating pump in the unfinished side of the basement. This allowed all pipes to be out of the way and made for easy connection to the main drain. As the rest of the remodel is completed with the addition of a wet bar, the sink connection will be added. What a great product, all our friends that have seen it did not realize it was an "upflush" until we told them. All have wished they knew about the product when they had completed their lower levels.
