This goal resulted in the release of the first Sanibroyeur in 1958, revolutionizing interior installation all over the world. Through our 28 subsidiaries and more than 60 distributors, our Group is now present in more than 70 countries.
At the same time, our company is committed to diversifying its reach, products, and business operations.
Several acquisitions have enriched our brand portfolio: Europelec, Kinedo, Grandform, Watermatic, Zehnder Pumpen and more recently Format. Enabling us to successfully penetrate new markets.

Our approach
As an international industrial group our primary purpose is simple: to design and manufacture home and professional solutions wherever water flows.
In 2016, SFA’s management decided to incorporate a Corporate Social Responsibility business model to meet new communication, human resources, and regulatory compliance challenges.
SFA’s commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) reflects our aims to pursue social responsibility and commitment; to sustainability and the community welfare as the company grows. SFA Group is doing this by engaging with Social and Environmental challenges and providing our customers with inventive solutions to answers these concerns.
Our inventive approach to product solutions and brand creation begins and ends with quality and services.
SFA’s products have been widely recognized as leading solutions in each industry, due a handful of features.
Including providing important environmental solutions through our product designs. Our product are designed to aid in reducing the waste of resources (such as water usage). We push ourselves not only to improve our own expectations, but also to raise the bar for others, including our suppliers.
In supporting our employees and partnering with suppliers to deliver quality products to our customers, we hold ourselves to high standards of ethics and integrity. Collaboration and inclusivity are central to how we work. We believe the best solutions are those that draw on diverse ideas and perspectives.
We aim to enrich the lives and communities we touch. SFA has a long history of helping people worldwide in sanitary matters. Every year, for the world toilet day, where it is all about inspiring action to tackle the global sanitation crisis and help achieve Sustainable Development Goal 6 (SDG 6), we support through product donations. These help children and adults receive much-needed health facilities.

Green Business Bureau awards Saniflo USA with Gold rating in Sustainability

World Water Day 2023: SFA Group reconfirms its support for access to clean water for all with Planet Water Foundation

Since 2011, on the occasion of World Water Day (22 March), World Plumbing Day and World Toilet Day, the SFA Group has been regularly involved in a number of humanitarian projects to promote access to drinking water for all. As it has done since 2021, the SFA Group is celebrating World Water Day 2023 by confirming its commitment to the non-profit organisation Planet Water Foundation. Learn more here.
Saniflo USA announces donation to Thurgood Marshall College Fund to honor Black History Month

SFA Group becomes Gold Partner of the World Toilet Organization

On the occasion of World Toilet Day 2022, on November 19th, the SFA Group announces that it has become a Gold Partner of the Word Toilet Organization.
A cruel lack that unfortunately results in the annual death of 1.8 million people - mainly children -, in addition to numerous cases of disease (dysentery, cholera, hepatitis) and infections. Improving sanitation facilities has a positive impact on the living conditions and economic growth of developing countries. Indeed, a UN and WHO study showed that every dollar invested in improving sanitation facilities led to an increase in productivity of up to $34.

Saniflo USA donates to multiple nonprofit veterans organizations in observance of Veterans Day

recently donated to two, nonprofit veterans organizations, The Mission Continues and Tunnel to Towers Foundation, in support of U.S. military veterans and first responders as well as their families.
“We’re proud to support The Mission Continues and Tunnel to Towers Foundation, and hope our small contribution will help generate a visible impact on our nation’s veterans and first responder communities,” says Regis Saragosti, CEO of SFA Saniflo North America.
The Mission Continues connects veterans with under-resourced communities. Its programs deploy veteran volunteers to work alongside nonprofit partners and community leaders to improve educational resources, tackle food insecurity, foster neighborhood identity, and more. Learn more here.
Scholarship awarded to Virginia Technical Institute (VTI):

VTI is a nonprofit organization located in Altavista, Virginia, that provides hands-on training in various trades, including electrical, plumbing, heating and air, welding, pipe-fitting, carpentry, masonry, multi-craft industrial maintenance, and project management. Donating $3,000 per year in tuition fees, Saniflo's contributions will annually cover one semester for two students or two semesters for one. Saniflo also donated products for use in the organization's plumbing program, providing students with first-hand experience installing above-floor, macerator and grinder product systems. Product and tuition donations to nonprofit organizations: Showering Love
December 2021
Showering Love: Saniflo has donated multiple products to Showering Love, a 501c3 nonprofit that provides mobile showers, newundergarments, socks, hygiene travel kits, and other supportive services for people who are housing-insecure. Incorporated in 2016, Showering Love built a specially equipped bus, called Grace, to provide showers and private restrooms to the Florida homeless community, from Palm Beach to Miami, in a mobile setting. Equipped with three donated Saniflo Sanishower drain pumps and one Sanibest Pro grinder pump, a newly refurbished Showering Love bus, Faith, recently became the nonprofit's second vehicle to provide those in need with one of life's basic amenities. In 2021, SFA Group donated Three AquaHome Systems in Cambodia
March 2021 -
"Remote villages in Siem Reap, Cambodia have no electricity or clean water source. In addition, the laterite roads make transportation difficult especially during the rainy season. Waterborne illnesses are common among children and they lack proper medication because of their distance from the health center.
SFA partnered with Planet Water Foundation to install an AquaHome in three of the poorest households in Cambodia. This solution brings clean water and lighting into homes for the first time and is accompanied by Planet Water's hygiene education program to help improve the living conditions of the families.

2020 - Just as in the past years, SFA once again supported the organisation "Une Villa en Urgence" on World Toilet Day with product donations
January 2021 -
Established in 2017, Une Villa en Urgence creates emergency housing for the homeless by recycling and re-furbishing refrigerated bus trailers at the end of their commercial life. This year, SFA is pleased to announce that we are doubling our donation in order to support the association’s goal of building around one hundred homes. SFA donating 10 Sanicompact 43, 10 Sanishower and 10 Kineprime (shower cubicles).
Product and tuition donations to nonprofit organizations: Hope Vibes

Founded as a 501c3 organization in 2017 by the husband-and-wife team Emmanuel and Adrienne Threatt, Hope Vibes aims to bring awareness, hope and genuine solutions to the homeless epidemic in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg, NC, area. After identifying a basic hygienic need among the homeless community, Hope Vibes moved to promote personal dignity by creating The Hope Tank. This 24-foot box truck is equipped with two private full baths and a laundry room, using two Sanigrind Pro grinder systems and a Sanicom 1 drain pump — all donated by Saniflo. Saniflo Pumps Help Nonprofit “Shower Love” on the Homeless

Many homeless individuals struggle to improve their lives due to limited personal hygiene, which can hamper their confidence and the impressions they make on others, such as potential employers. Showers are taken for granted by those with regular access. For those without, they can be a rare privilege. Saniflo donated two Sanibest Pro units to the humanitarian project, which were distributed by Ferguson. Unlike standard macerators, the Sanibest Pro comes equipped with a heavy-duty grinder that can easily handle the accidental flushing of sanitary articles, such as feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, condoms, etc. The pump discharges waste up to 25 vertical feet and/or 150 horizontal feet. “We chose the heavy-duty grinders to ensure we could process anything the clientele happens to throw down the drain,” explains Gifford. A “leap of faith” taken, to aid local homeless by offering free showers!

HONOLULU — Danica Fong-Shoji and her husband Craig Shoji count themselves as “just regular people.” But they routinely do something quite extraordinary — not just once in a while, but several times a month — by way of caring for the less fortunate in their community. Comforts of Home’s engineering team equipped the trailer two “conventional” bathrooms that rely on simple gravity to drain black and gray water from their sinks, showers and toilets into a 400-gallon storage tank attached beneath the trailer. The third shower room is ADA-compliant and features a ramp for wheelchair accessibility. As a result, “the toilet and the shower sit at a lower level than the waste tank” beneath the vehicle, according to Comforts of Home general manager Aaron Ward. As a consequence, waste must be pumped up to the storage tank. To perform that task, Comforts of Home installed a Sanibest Pro grinder system from Saniflo USA. The company uses the Sanibest Pro for all its handicap-accessible trailers, says Ward, “because it’s a heavy-duty grinder system, able to handle any kind of waste, including sanitary products accidentally dropped into the toilet bowl. We have installed hundreds of the Sanibest Pro systems, and we are extremely happy using them for our trailers. They work incredibly well. Not only have they saved us time on installation, but — most important of all — they also help ensure our customers have the best experience with our trailers.” Learn more by clicking here.

EcoVadis, the world's most trusted corporate sustainability assessor, awarded the SFA Group a bronze medal. This places the SFA Group among the top 50% of companies evaluated by EcoVadis.
The EcoVadis assessment is based on international sustainable development criteria, such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, the United Nations Global Compact and the ISO 26000 standard, which cover 200 categories of contributions and more than 160 countries.
